Developing a career in real estate has been a natural progression for Julian Qin who had had experiences in marketing, sales, customer relationship management for more than 10 years.
Before joining JRW, Julian operated his own business locally and specialised in luxury car customers’ relationship management in both BMW and Mercedes Benz. His abilities to identify and develop new business relationship, to meet the unique needs of each stakeholder, and to provide authentic client services have been highly regarded. Julian has brought with him all the sales, marketing expertise and vigorous work ethic and applied them in his JRW career chapter. Julian stands by one principle: establishing and maintaining authentic long term relationships with clients is paramount to success. This principle has never been truer than that in the real estate industry. Being involved in the local community for many years and owning his property in this area, Julian has in depth knowledge of Glen Waverley and surrounding areas. Fluent in both English and Chinese, Julian draws on his multicultural experiences to provide no-gap and insightful support to his clients.
Away from the office, Julian is a keen traveller and adventurer. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends - exploring Melbourne´s diverse culture, scenery and cuisine.
